Planning A Wedding: A Guide To Suppliers
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been lucky enough to work with some absolutely phenomenal wedding suppliers on some styled bridal shoots. I wanted to take a bit of time to introduce some of these suppliers, because every single one amazed me with their professionalism, character and quality of work. If you’re currently planning your wedding, taking a look at these guys would be a fantastic idea. So without further ado, here we go!
Planning A Wedding: The Venue

Arguably one of the most important parts of planning a wedding – picking the right venue! Last month, I worked with Eastington Park and The Barn at Upcote, and both are beautiful, yet wildly different venues. Despite their differences, both venues were simply fantastic to work with. The staff were friendly, accommodating and incredibly helpful. If you’re looking for a manor house, or beautifully renovated country barn, both of these venues are well worth a visit.
Hair & Make-Up
Brides, we all know you’ve been thinking about your hair and makeup (as well as the dress!) from the moment you said yes! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful ladies I got to work with on these shoots. Hair stying was by:
As you can see from some of our final images, they all do mind-blowing work. What you can’t tell from the pictures, however, is how great they are to work with. As a bride, you’ll be a bag full of nerves on the morning of your wedding, so having people around you that are positive and friendly can be a real boost. On our second shoot (at The Barn At Upcote), make-up was done by the insanely talented Elaine Morane. Elaine worked so hard to get all 3 of our models ready to shoot, and I”m sure you’ll agree did an amazing job with all of them.
The Car!

Can I just say, I bloody love this car. Inside and out, it’s just immaculate, beautiful, and any other great adjective you can think of. Kushi Cars is just a fantastic way to get you to, and/or from your big day. And as you can see, she makes for some stunning photographs on the day as well!
Jewellery

I can’t speak highly enough of Rosemary from Biba & Rose. Not only was she kind enough to provide us with the most beautiful hand-made jewellery, but she also brought biscuits to the shoot, and if there’s one was to win me over, it’s with biscuits! On a more serious note, Rosemary not only make theese beautiful pieces, but she’s simply a joy to work with and be around.
Planning A Wedding: Accessories

These beautiful head pieces and alternative bouquets were provided by the wonderful A Ring Of Posies. If you’re looking for something a little bit different, handmade and stunning, it’s absolutely worth taking a look.
Planning A Wedding: The Dress!

Dresses for both shoots were kindly provided by The Cotswold Frock Shop. They offer an incredible selection of stunning dresses, so if you’re currently planning a wedding, I’d high recommend that you pay them a visit!
Last But Not Least – The Photographer!

I’m not here to try and sell myself, but while you’re taking a look at some of the links above to these amazing suppliers, if you are still looking for a wedding photographer, please feel free to take a look at my wedding portfolio here and get in touch if you’d like to have a chat and possibly work together on your big day!
